HappyFresh is an online grocery platform based in Southeast Asia. It provides a service which enables customers to order groceries from participating local supermarkets via a mobile app or the website, and have them delivered to their doorstep by a trained personal shopper. HappyFresh operates in countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
Years of active engagement
The 'Happy Performance' tool was designed to meet the challenges faced by Happy Fresh, which despite annual revenues of 60 million dollars and over 1,000 employees still had to turn to the capital markets each year to raise funds. They were experiencing major difficulties in executing and monitoring their strategic plan, as well as tracking individual HR objectives and aligning them with the company's strategic objectives.
We designed and developed the Happy Performance solution in response to these challenges. This tool provides an overview, showing the link between the company's strategic objectives and individual objectives, through the objectives of the various departments and sub-departments.
It enables the progress of strategic objectives to be tracked and the performance of employees to be assessed, providing an objective basis for making decisions about the potential development of employees.
Thanks to our tool and its clear vision of the link between the company's objectives and those of its employees, Happy Fresh's senior management was able to make decisions in real time to readjust the progress of all employees towards achieving strategic objectives.
