Why my voice is free
Two independences.
The first is visible: I'm paid by no integrator, I have no PMO above me, I'm not chasing the next contract. Paid from the sponsor's budget, outside the chain, I answer to him alone.
The second is the real one. I need neither to be right, nor to be liked, nor to keep the contract. That is what lets me say what no one else dares — calmly, expecting nothing in return.
The path
Twenty years in the field.
A philosopher by training, twenty years leading large transformation programs — banking, energy, aerospace, insurance, real estate. Programs worth 5, 10, 25 million dollars. I lived from the inside what your teams live, and I hit, like them, the same wall: seeing the truth, and not being free to say it.
That wall is what made me create this role — the one I had never come across: someone who knows the field, yet is entangled in nothing.
