For over 20 years, I’ve been walking into digital projects that others abandoned or failed to deliver. I read what’s blocking them — organizational dynamics, business/IT misalignment, problems being solved alongside the real problem — and I unblock what prevents delivery.

One example. At Desjardins, I took over a stalled program — $5M+ spent with no results, multiple project managers burned out. I identified the root causes, restored governance, redesigned the solution architecture and delivered the first go-live in November 2023. That engagement is still ongoing — four years later.
